Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and other mechanical components with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in maintenance management systems.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, including construction-related tasks when necessary, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with appliance installation and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate HVAC & appliance technology tools confidently and safely.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Construction experience is a plus for supporting larger maintenance projects.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and mentorship within the maintenance department.

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
