Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Install, upgrade, and replace appliances and mechanical equipment in various facility areas including kitchens and utility rooms
• Conduct diagnostics on HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration devices, and other mechanical components to identify issues quickly and accurately
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at different locations while adhering to all safety protocols
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and scheduled service tasks
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects or facility upgrades requiring mechanical or electrical expertise

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration technology, and mechanical systems repair
• Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings with confidence
• Proven experience in appliance installation and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems
• Construction experience is a plus for handling facility upgrades or modifications
• Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
