Maintenance Technician

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preventive Maintenance

1. Ensures availability of supplies, consumables and/or spare parts for purposes of Preventive Maintenance.

2. Conducts Preventive Maintenance of Primary and Auxiliary equipment and Operations facilities in accordance with established / documented standards, procedures, and Preventive Maintenance Programs.

3. Ensures proper turnover of preventive maintenance works to End Users.

Corrective Maintenance

1. Troubleshoots Primary and Auxiliary equipment and Operations facilities in accordance with established / documented standards to identify potential causes of equipment fault in relation to complaints from internal customers as well as equipment performance.

2. Ensures availability of supplies, consumables and/or spare parts for purposes of maintenance repairs.

3. Performs repair works effectively to address equipment fault/s and restore to operable condition.

4. Ensures proper turnover of repair works to End Users.

1. Performs maintenance tasks in accordance with the company's Work Order System.

2. Performs routine inspections with the corresponding Preventive Maintenance checklists.

3. Adheres to workplace standards in the work area to ensure a safe working environment.

4. Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time witihin his/her skill set, experience and/or capabilities.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

1. With at least 1 year of experience in the related field, preferably in manufacturing industry

2. Educational attainment:

a. At least high school graduate, preferably of Technical Track.

b. An NCII holder is an advantage:

i. Electrical Installation and Maintenance

ii. Machining

iii. Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

iv. Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)

v. Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)

vi. Other technical course related to the industry

3. Possesses good moral character, is hardworking, a team player, and can work with minimal to no supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
