Job Description
Summary:
The Company Maintenance Technician is directly responsible for keeping all company equipment operating safely and efficiently. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager directly but will receive instruction from other managers, Principals, and staff as needed.

Primary Job Duties:

• Work in an indoor/outdoor environment regardless of weather conditions.
• Work closely with management regarding maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and replacements for all facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Clean up hazardous spills when needed.
• Understand the needs of the facility and coordinate with management to prioritize jobs.
• Utilize maintenance app to find and document tasks.
• Use a wide range of tools to accomplish tasks, including hand tools, power tools, computers and electronic gauge/measuring devices, or specialized tools as needed.
• Comply with Safety Regulations and Company policies. Ensure that all areas of the facility meet OSHA safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial maintenance or general knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and 3 phase electrical systems.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid state-issued Driver's License.
• Must have clean driving record (MVR).
• Must have good Time Management skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a high-level of awareness for safety standards.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work overtime including weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work unsupervised to complete tasks as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, or climb for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, or around moving machinery as required.
• Must be able to finger, feel, and utilize hands to complete complex tasks according to maintenance plans.
• Must contain or be willing to obtain OSHA certifications as required through the company.
• Must be able to pass drug screen, including THC.
• The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Pay Range:
Pay for this position is $18-$24 per hour.
