Facility Specialist: Maintenance Technician at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club

Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is essential to the upkeep and operation of our club buildings, ensuring that every area—from our dining rooms to our fitness centers—is safe, functional, and in top condition for our members.

What You’ll Do:

• General Facility Repairs: Perform routine repairs and maintenance across the property, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems (HVAC, kitchen appliances, and lighting) to identify and address issues before they become major problems.
• Painting & Structural Upkeep: Handle interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, and minor masonry work to keep the club’s presentation at the highest standard.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical problems and determine the best course of action for repair, coordinating with outside contractors when specialized service is required.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and maintain an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies.

What You Bring:

• Broad Technical Skillset: Proven experience in general maintenance or a related trade (plumbing, electrical, or HVAC) is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You can think on your feet, identify issues quickly, and find practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Professionalism: A service-oriented attitude and the ability to work around members and guests with minimal disruption.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required to operate club vehicles across the property.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work a schedule that may include weekends or on-call hours for emergency repairs.
