Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, lighting, motors, and panels, Support maintenance of HVAC, generators, water systems, and hospital utilities, Coordinate breakdown management and preventive maintenance activities
