• 3-5+ years of experience in a maintenance position within a Class A or B building
• Strong mechanical abilities, including a basic understanding of HVAC systems
• Strong customer service skills

Your New Role Are you looking for growth-oriented facilities work where your technical knowledge and people skills will be rewarded?

In this Maintenance Technician position, you’ll be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of a variety of commercial and light industrial properties, office buildings, and more. You’ll get to know your tenants as the first line of customer service and will maintain good working relationships with contractors and vendors as well.

This role is 100% on-site.
