Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across our hotel properties. Your expertise will help create a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff while supporting the seamless operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues quickly and accurately.
• Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC & appliance technology upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and work orders for all repairs and inspections performed.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between properties as needed.
• Assist with construction projects or renovations by providing mechanical systems support and expertise.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
• Experience repairing HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and appliances.
• Familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology, including air conditioning systems (HVAC/R).
• Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and effectively; experience with maintenance, repair, operations (MRO) preferred.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
