Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for regular inspection, basic maintenance, consumable replenishment, and basic troubleshooting of WowNow equipment within the assigned area.

• Vacuum and perform basic cleaning of the equipment, and inspect the machine exterior, lighting, and display cabinet;
• Check and refill ink, and empty waste ink;
• Inspect and clean the printhead, perform maintenance or replacement as needed, and print a test to verify printhead functionality;
• Check lubricating oil, antifreeze/coolant, CNC air pressure, and air tank pressure, and regularly drain wastewater from the air tank;
• Check the adhesive storage tank and refill the metal coating solution as required;
• Inspect CNC cutting tools, brushes, filters, and other wear parts, and replace them as needed;
• Replenish different types of base film and synchronize the material bin/inventory data in the machine’s host computer system;
• Receive and properly store base film, ink, commonly used spare parts, and other consumables regularly shipped by the company, and update onsite inventory;
• Work with company engineers on basic remote troubleshooting, including operating software, restarting equipment, and creating and testing orders and so on;
• Check the network, router, and SIM status, and perform basic network troubleshooting;
• Perform simple parts replacement and basic repairs under the guidance of engineers;
• Conduct continuous testing after repairs or maintenance are completed;
• Produce a complete finished product at the end and inspect UV printing, CNC processing, and finished product quality;
• Take photos after each onsite maintenance visit and report equipment status, consumable inventory, repair status, and any issues identified.

Job Requirements: Basic hands-on skills and the ability to use common tools and follow company SOPs and checklists. Experience with mechanical equipment, CNC, printing equipment, or field maintenance is preferred. Must be able to work with remote engineers to handle basic equipment issues, have reliable transportation, and be able to travel to different equipment locations within the assigned area. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
