Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other facility machinery.
• Diagnose and repair appliance issues, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
• Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using schematics, technical diagrams, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly.
• Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system updates in compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs during scheduled downtime or emergency situations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, refrigeration maintenance, and kitchen equipment servicing.
• Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
• Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment repair and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate construction tools or related equipment is a plus; experience in construction environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
