Maintenance Technician

Calling all Maintenance Technicians! We’ve got openings for immediate hire in our Maintenance Department. We’re looking to grow our team and add knowledgeable and kind technicians to help our older adults with repairs needed in their apartments.

As a valued member of The Towers at Tower Lane’s Maintenance Team, our Maintenance Technicians save the day by fixing and repairing/replacing basic fixtures inside our apartments. We provide the tools and materials; you provide the knowledge and labor.

To be successful in this role basic knowledge of repairing household systems such as light plumbing, snaking drains, resetting a TV, covering an Air Conditioner, replacing smoke alarm batteries, basic wall repair and touch up painting, basic carpentry and furniture repair, light bulb and/or fixture replacement and other basic repairs that an apartment building would require.

Minimum Training and Experience

High School Diploma, GED, Trade School, or Vocational School degree. 3 years’ experience in performing general maintenance and repairs is preferred, but is not a requirement. Experience in an older adult housing or assisted living/skilled nursing is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
