This position is for commercia properties. Position would be ideal for an apartment maintenance personnel.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
• Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by calibrating systems, replacing parts, and upgrading components as needed.
• Support maintenance operations by managing equipment repair schedules, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work performed.
• Assist with construction projects or renovations requiring mechanical systems expertise to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems repair.
• Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), construction projects.
• Capable to patch roofs is a plus!

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
