We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician to join our talented team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and repairing our manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems, CNC equimement , forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace worn parts, adjust machinery settings, and improve operational efficiency.
• Operate company vehicles for maintenance tasks as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document maintenance activities thoroughly and assist with inventory control of spare parts and tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and HVAC & appliance technology is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance with precision and safety awareness.
• Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) processes in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with leadership qualities to guide team efforts when necessary.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and internal clients.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
