Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial standby generator systems, including:
• Air-cooled generators (7.5–26 kW)
• Liquid-cooled generators (22–150 kW)
• Gaseous and diesel-powered systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct generator start-ups, diagnostic testing, and load-bank testing.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and complete service documentation.
• Maintain an organized inventory of company-supplied parts.
• Keep the company service vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
