Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our property safe and operating at its best. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues.
• Complete painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry projects.
• Maintain hotel grounds, parking lot, and exterior appearance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Work closely with housekeeping and front desk to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Dormakaba and hotel lock mechanisms
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding guest service.
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
