Maintenance Technician

RKBB Enterprises manages multiple locations including 4 Child Care/preschools, a salon and a Restaurant and banquets. This position would be helping with maintenance for all sites and any additional locations.

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep appliances, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems operating safely and reliably. You’ll diagnose issues, explain repair options clearly, and complete maintenance and installation work with care. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and keeping equipment ready for use.

Duties

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, refrigeration, and other equipment.
• Use schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify faults and complete mechanical systems repairs.
• Perform kitchen equipment maintenance, appliance installation, air conditioning service, and preventive equipment maintenance.
• Provide responsive customer service, explain work performed, and document maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and follow applicable procedures while working at service locations. Your impact: Reliable repairs help customers and equipment users return to safe, dependable operation.

Experience

• Service technician experience, appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or equipment repair is valuable.
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration (HVAC/R), HVAC and appliance technology, mechanical systems, and maintenance practices is preferred.
• Experience with MRO, kitchen equipment, appliance installation, or construction is helpful; not every area is required.
• A valid authorization to operate a company vehicle is required for driving duties.
• Leadership skills and a commitment to safe, clear customer service are valued.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
