We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment running and getting the job done right. This is a hands-on position working with tractors, semitrucks, dump trucks, loaders, trailers, company vehicles, and other agricultural and industrial equipment.

What you'll do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Work on diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Oversee service schedules for company trucks and fleet vehicles
• Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Order parts and coordinate outside repairs when needed
• Keep tools, parts, and the maintenance area organized
• Assist with general property and facility maintenance when necessary

What we're looking for:

• Real, hands-on experience with tractors, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles
• Someone who can troubleshoot problems and work independently
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• A safety-first attitude
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions

A CDL or mechanical certification is a plus, but practical experience and the ability to do the job matter most.

Why join our team?

• Work for a growing, family-owned company
• Take ownership of your work without being micromanaged
• Work on a variety of vehicles and equipment
• Be part of a team that values skill, dependability, and hard work
