Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Kasur. The Maintenance Technician will perform daily maintenance and repair activities on industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime. The role also involves documenting maintenance work, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and following all safety and compliance procedures. The technician is expected to keep tools and work areas organized, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills.
• Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, use of PPE, and adherence to company policies.
• Prior experience as a maintenance technician, fitter, or similar role in manufacturing or metal fabrication is preferred.
• Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
