What they need
We are looking for a part-time maintenance technician to join our team at an upscale senior living property in Falmouth.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Performing daily trash and recycling duties
Identifying and repairing fundamental electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in the building and residents’ homes
Coordinating with vendors for resident repairs, annual building inspections, and maintenance schedules
Purchasing and maintaining inventory for items needed for routine preventative maintenance and unexpected repairs
Communicating with residents regarding necessary repairs in their units
-Must have a positive attitude and be reliable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
Work Location: In person
