Maintenance Technician

Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep appliances, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems operating safely and reliably. You’ll diagnose issues, complete repairs and installations, and deliver clear, helpful service to customers. Your impact: By restoring essential equipment, you help customers and teams maintain safe, dependable operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, refrigeration, and other equipment.
• Perform air conditioning and HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) system repairs and maintenance.
• Read schematics to identify faults and guide mechanical systems repair.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and complete appliance installation and preventive maintenance.
• Use a company vehicle responsibly, document work, and communicate repair needs and next steps to customers.

Experience

• Service technician experience and practical mechanical knowledge are valuable.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC and appliance technology, equipment repair, and equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently are important.
• Leadership experience is a plus; a commitment to safe, thorough maintenance is essential.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
