Maintenance Technician - Driver

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will attend to day-to-day functions across multiple fields of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, pool upkeep, groundskeeping, and apartment turnover. You may also be assigned additional tasks to support our projects and operations. Your work ensures that our properties are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and tenants, directly impacting the communities we serve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education/Background:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of demonstrated experience and skills in multiple maintenance and apartment property management areas including, but not limited to construction, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, grounds-keeping, and carpentry.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools commonly associated with construction, maintenance, and landscaping.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• This position requires driving on behalf of the company. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, meet the company’s motor vehicle record (MVR) standards, meet company’s insurance eligibility, and comply with all state and federal driving requirements. Ongoing employment is contingent upon maintaining an acceptable driving record.
