What they need
* Carry out daily maintenance and repair of production machines and factory equipment.
* Troubleshoot electrical problems involving motors, sensors, relays, contactors, breakers, control panels and wiring.
* Attend to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
* Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
* Perform basic mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting when required.
* Check and maintain factory electrical systems, compressors, pumps, lighting and other equipment.
* Assist with machine installation, modification and improvement work.
* Record machine breakdowns, maintenance work and spare parts used.
* Work closely with the Production team to solve machine problems and keep production running smoothly.
* Follow electrical safety, LOTO and company safety procedures.
* Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in the maintenance area.
