Maintenance Technician (Electro Mechanical)

About the role

Swiss Sense Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to join our operations team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our Maintenance operations. As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities, equipment, and systems operate at optimal performance levels, supporting the smooth flow of our production, planning and scheduling processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the maintenance team with general upkeep of facilities, including storage areas, loading docks, and common spaces
• Keeping maintenance records and documentation up to date for audit and other purposes
• Following all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Maintenance works or a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or production environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safe working conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work with various tools and equipment
• Good communication skills and the ability to report issues clearly and accurately
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Preferred experience with Maintenance (Electro-Mechanical), with basic computer knowledge
