Maintenance Technician - Full Time

About the Role

• We're looking for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things looking great and running smoothly.
• Azure Condominium is looking for a dependable, friendly, and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• From handling everyday repairs to adding a fresh coat of paint, you'll play an important role in keeping our building in top shape.
• We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and understands that great maintenance also means great customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean and maintain the building's common areas to ensure they stay neat, safe, and inviting.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and find practical solutions.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Handle painting, pressure cleaning, and general maintenance tasks.
• Deliver packages to designated locations throughout the building.
• Respond to management requests and address minor concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Working independently on assigned tasks but also able to work well in a group.

What We're Looking For

• Painting skills are a must! You should be comfortable painting and completing touch-ups with a clean, professional finish.
• Experience with pressure cleaning, mechanical tasks, and general maintenance.
• Previous maintenance and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A professional appearance and a friendly, courteous attitude.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a team when needed.
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
