We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you enjoy troubleshooting problems, working with tools, and handling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Work Location: On-site

What You'll Do

• Handle general building maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
• Perform basic repairs involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, lighting, masonry, and minor mechanical systems.
• Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and properly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Inspect work areas, identify potential issues, and report repair needs.
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies.
• Support facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related assignments as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to workplace safety.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Willing to learn new skills and take direction.

Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but it is not required. We welcome applicants with practical skills, mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
