Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus overtime as needed

What You'll Be Doing This isn't a job where you'll spend your day doing the same thing over and over. You'll use your skills, judgment, and problem-solving abilities to keep our apartment community running smoothly.

You Will

• Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Complete service requests in occupied apartment homes efficiently and professionally
• Troubleshoot problems and find solutions, not just temporary fixes
• Prepare apartments for new residents and make sure they're move-in ready
• Complete preventative maintenance to help catch problems before they become bigger ones
• Help keep the property looking great, including curb appeal and seasonal grounds needs
• Accurately document and track work orders in our maintenance system
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and your property team
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent after-hours maintenance needs
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish
