Maintenance Technician III - Master Plumber

The Maintenance Tech III — Master Plumber serves as a subject matter expert, project manager, and technical leader for the department. Frequently takes on leadership responsibilities. Education — High School Diploma required

Certification: License Master Plumber

Experience Requirements:

Experience in another health care facility desirable.
Computer experience needed.
PLC knowledge desirable.
Knowledge of chillers desirable.
Must have good working knowledge of current city, state, federal, NFPA and TJC regulations relating applicable codes.
Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturer’s manuals, troubleshooting charts and procedures.
