Maintenance Technician in Robotics

About the Role

As part of the deployment of our robotic solutions across multiple client sites in the Paris region, STRADOT requires a dedicated operational presence to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of our systems. The Maintenance Technician will be the on-the-ground person for the upkeep, repair, and operational continuity of our robotics installations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues within the robotic systems.
• Ongoing Repairs : Perform routine and minor repairs directly on-site to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation of the fleet.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance : Execute regular preventive maintenance schedules and perform rapid corrective maintenance when faults occur.
• Operational Quality : Guarantee the overall continuity of service and uphold the highest operational quality standards for all local STRADOT installations.
• Continuous Support & Documentation : Participate in our 24/7 on-call rotations required for the ongoing support of the robot fleet. Ensure thorough incident documentation and seamless handovers between shifts.

Requirements

• Experience : A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience as a Maintenance Technician (preferably in robotics, automation, or complex electro-mechanical systems).
• Location : Must be based in the Paris region (Île-de-France).
• Mobility : A valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory to travel between various client sites.
• Language Skills : Fluent in French and a highly proficient level of English (minimum B2 level) is required.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to effectively and professionally relay technical information to both our internal engineering teams and our external customers.
