Maintenance Technician "Injection Molding"

Skill check:

• BAC +2 (Technical diploma).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in injection molding machines (Arburg, Optimel, ...).
• Good experience in CNC machines and Process Putting.
• Strong diagnostic skills in electrical failures.
• Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Adherence to safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills and quick responsiveness for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challenge check:

• Carry out annual maintenance of machines in accordance with maintenance procedures.
• Repair of equipment in production lines.
• Records repairs and interventions in the maintenance log (SAP).
• Participates in the implementation of the 5S program in Maintenance as well as the organization of the workplace.
• Execute assembly devices and improvement of equipment in accordance with engineers' drawings.
