MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CUT & SEWING

Location: TETLA, TLAXCALA

What are your main tasks?

1. Establish departmental objectives in collaboration with management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies
2. Implement maintenance plans (predictive, preventive, and corrective) for cutting and sewing machinery
3. Carry out maintenance activities on cutting and sewing machinery
4. Create, implement, and manage maintenance documentation for the area of responsibility
5. Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems
6. Participate in layout changes
7. Develop, monitor, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans
8. Continuously improve processes to optimize the use of natural resources, energy, etc.
9. Comply with the procedures and forms of the Company's Quality Management System
10. Optimize energy consumption through the implementation of continuous improvement
11. Manage the application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to production processes
12. Participate in assigned training programs, committing to applying the knowledge gained to achieve departmental and organizational goals
13. Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

What are your qualifications?

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems PLC programming
Gerber machine
Sewing machine
Mechanical and Electrical Technician (maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities, and/or related areas)
2 to 4 years of experience in the position
