The Opportunity:
Big Yellow is looking for experienced tradesmen, service people, and technicians, from mining and relevant industries such as forestry, civil, heavy-road transport and agriculture to step into their next opportunity in Western Australia. 

This is a chance to work 12-hour shifts on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth (point of hire) or from NZ to Perth. Hourly rates are based on experience and positions, ranging from $60/h-$72/h (AUD) with the ability to salary sacrifice flights from NZ to Perth. Big Yellow prides themselves on promoting and developing from within, so those coming from industries outside of mining will have the opportunity for training and upskilling.

Requirements:

• HD Mechanics: Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering (Level 4) – or similar is highly regarded
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence (Class 4) - Required
• New Zealand passport
• Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
• Physically fit and able to pass industry required medical components
