Maintenance Utility Facility Supervisor

About the role

Ensure all building infrastructure, factory areas, and energy support systems (electricity, water, compressed air) operate 100% stably, safely, and efficiently to support the smooth operation of production machines and maintenance of the factory's physical building, work environment areas, and safety systems to create a productive work environment that meets occupational health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and monitoring of air compressors, storage tanks, and air dryers to provide stable, dry and clean compressed air
• Responsible for maintenance and management of all process pumps, fresh water pumps, cooling towers, all chillers, office AC and machines throughout the factory area
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of buildings, offices, drainage channels, fences, roads, and all facilities in the factory area
• Monitor, test, and maintain fire protection instruments such as hydrants, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm control panels
• Identify problems, perform quality control and ensure that all equipment performance functions well with high performance
• Responsible for implementing cost reduction by exercising proper control over the use of spare parts and consumables
• Create utility and facility maintenance reports
• Comply with government regulations and company HSE policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ensure HSE requirements are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
• Stop work if there are unsafe and hazardous conditions related to work responsibilities

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Mechatronic fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry in Maintenance department
• Understand and capable of performing work related to utility and facility maintenance
• Capable of performing good and accurate technical analysis
• Capable of performing technical and civil work
• Able to operate computers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Diligent, hardworking, analytical, honest, loyal, and demonstrate integrity
• Show initiative and creativity
• Concerned with orderliness, health, cleanliness, safety, and security of the work environment
