MAINTENANCE WAREHOUSE INCHARGE

About the role

The Maintenance Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, inventory control, safekeeping, and issuance of maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and supplies. The position serves as the main custodian and releasing point for maintenance-related items requested by Production and other authorized departments, ensuring that materials are available, properly recorded, and issued according to approved requests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and check maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies
• Properly label, organize, and store all maintenance items
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper arrangement of the maintenance warehouse
• Ensure proper storage and protection of materials against damage, loss, or deterioration
• Maintain an updated list of all materials and items under custody
• Receive and validate material requests from Production, Maintenance, and other authorized departments
• Release materials only upon approved Material Requisition/Request forms or authorized requests
• Record all issued materials accurately
• Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Conduct regular physical inventory/counting

About you

• Graduate of BS/AB course, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; vocational/technical graduates may also be considered, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING is advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, materials control, logistics, or maintenance stores
• Experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of spare parts, maintenance tools, and industrial materials is preferred
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Excel or inventory systems
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with Production and Maintenance teams
