Job Summary:

Monument Chevrolet is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to help keep our dealership running smoothly and looking its best. This role includes general building maintenance, light repairs, lawn and garden care, and ensuring our driveways, parking lots, and outdoor areas are clean and safe for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on dealership buildings and property, including basic plumbing, painting, and minor repairs
• Maintain clean and orderly parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and entrances, including debris removal and pressure washing
• Provide regular lawn and garden care, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, watering, and seasonal landscaping tasks
• Inspect facilities regularly and respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
• Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months (if applicable)
• Handle basic janitorial duties in service bays, customer waiting areas, and restrooms as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized maintenance work
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and dealership policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or facilities upkeep is a plus
• Ability to operate power tools, landscaping equipment, and pressure washers safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Schedule & Compensation:
