Maintenance Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds appearance. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Performs ground maintenance duties such as mowing, weeding, trimming and snow removal.
• Assists setting up, breaking down, and hosting events.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential maintenance needs
• Preforms small engine repair and maintenance as needed.
• Weld and fabricate as needed to repair or modify equipment.
• Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
