Holiday Inn Express & Suites Maumelle is currently hiring for a Maintenance Worker to help manage the general maintenance and curb appeal of the hotel property. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers. Does this sound like you Join us!

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:
Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.

• Ensure Guest requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned. Experience

The experience requirements are as follows: A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
A valid driver's license is required.

• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. (HVAC certification is strongly preferred). (Please note that while this position is considered a "technical" position, a person with a degree in HVAC may be considered an "expert"). (By law, all employees are required to have a current fire safety certificate.)

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Current building maintenance experience. Ability to work in various environments (in cluster, building and outdoor).

• Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
