Maintenance Technician / Handyman – Spring Village Mobile Home Park

Spring Village is hiring a hands-on maintenance worker — a true jack of all trades — to keep our park, trailers, and tiny homes in good shape.

This is not a “change lightbulbs only” job. You will repair and remodel units, do framing and finish work, handle day-to-day maintenance, and help with grounds and landscaping. If you can frame a wall, fix a leak, hang a door, and run a mower the same week, you’ll fit at Spring Village.

What you’ll do

Repair and remodel mobile homes, trailers, and tiny homes on the Spring Village property

Framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, flooring, and general carpentry

Plumbing and electrical repairs within your skill and local code

HVAC basics, weatherization, skirting, decks, steps, and exterior repairs

Diagnose problems, estimate materials, and finish jobs without constant supervision

Landscaping and grounds: mowing, trimming, cleanup, drainage, fences, and common areas

Respond to work orders from residents and management

Keep tools, shop, and work areas organized and safe

Help with unit turnovers so homes are rent-ready

What you need

Proven handyman, maintenance, or remodeling experience

Comfortable with framing and general carpentry

Able to work on mobile homes and small structures

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Able to lift, climb, work outdoors year-round, and be on your feet most of the day

Own basic hand and power tools (specialty tools provided)

Honest, on time, and professional with residents

Nice to have

Mobile home, manufactured home, or tiny-home experience

Strong plumbing, electrical, or HVAC skill

Skid steer, trailer, or equipment experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
