• Available to work additional hours and weekends upon request.

Requirements:

• Primary function: Power washing and line striping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Use tools and equipment.
• Snow plowing is also a primary function when applicable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
