Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform welding and other fabrication tasks to repair or modify equipment as needed.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels.
• Assist with residential painting projects or facility beautification efforts during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Supervise or collaborate with team members on complex repairs, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in welding, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their programming or troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
