Maintenance Worker

NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Cove Inn is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping our property safe, clean, and well-maintained for our owners, residents, and guests.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing general maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical tasks, painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Maintaining guest units, common areas, buildings, and outdoor grounds.
• Assisting with pool maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Completing preventive maintenance and responding to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assisting with unit turnovers, move-ins, move-outs, and renovation projects.
• Following all safety procedures and responding to after-hours emergencies as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of building, hotel, or residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude.
• Bilingual is preferred, English is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves indoor and outdoor work, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
