Maintenance Worker

Looking for an experienced Maintenance person to support a Property Management company with a sizable number of properties to care for. Must be very organized, must take direction with a professional, willing attitude and do well as a member of a team. pay is negotiable and competitive, depending on experience. Starting as a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support various projects
• Routine maintenance and everything in between.
• Work in an apartment complex setting, turning over units.

Qualifications:

Highly desired experience including but not limited to: laying floors, installing countertops, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, good basic remodel/renovation skills. Certification in opertating lift etc. a plus.

This position may involve physical activity, including lifting, bending, and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
