Maintenance Worker

Our mission is to promote long-term health, wellness, and sobriety through comprehensive outpatient treatment services. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that our outpatient facility operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for contributing to a healing and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and building systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Assist in ensuring that all safety standards are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of facility events or other related activities.
• Provide support for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. Qualifications:
• Must have a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle (gas reimbursement).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a healthcare or outpatient facility is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
