Job title: Maintenance Worker FT
Shift: Work week is Monday thru Friday
Hourly Wage: Minimum Wage / Neg
Duties:
*Replacing/repairing A/C units, locks, troubleshooting electrical issues as needed, plumbing work as needed, conducing work orders as they arise, turning rooms over, painting as needed. Being on call every other month
*Experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be punctual, have a good attitude and demonstrate ability to follow instructions. Bilingual a plus but not necessary.
