Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment
• Operate tools such as ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to diagnose problems accurately
• Assist with painting projects and other cosmetic repairs to enhance property appearance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Supervise or assist with small-scale projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or residential services
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• Electrical experience including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with residents or team members in English
• Ability to use tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices confidently
