The Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced **General Maintenance Worker** to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair and improvement works across our property portfolio.

This is a varied role requiring a capable and versatile individual who is confident working across multiple trades, can identify and resolve maintenance issues, and is comfortable working independently.

Key skills and experience desired:

* General property repairs and maintenance
* General electrical work
* Plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Minor roofing repairs
* Joinery and carpentry
* Painting and decorating
* General property improvement works
* Identifying, diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence essential
* Own van preferred, but not essential
* Previous property maintenance or multi-trade experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
* Reliable, professional and able to maintain a high standard of workmanship
* Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: Negotiable depending on experience, skills and capabilities.
