Maintenance Worker/Commercial Cleaning Technician

Full-time maintenance work and cleaner needed in Broward County.

We are a commercial cleaning service company. We're seeking additions to our cleaning team, if you have cleaning experience, we'd love to work with you. Thank you for applying, and we have an opening position in North Lauderdale. It is a full-time position (40 hours a week): Monday through Saturday. 8am-4:00pm (Monday and Friday), 8:00am-3:00pm (Tuesday through Thursday) and 8:00am-11:00am (Saturdays). Cleaning Qualifications:

Must be a detail-oriented, hard worker and LOVE TO CLEAN

Must be energetic, fast paced and have a great attitude

Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY

Must be always presentable

Must pass criminal background check

Must have a valid social security number, valid identification and authorized to work

Must be at least 30 years old.

Able to speak and understand English

Creole and Spanish are welcome (some locations)

Some experience required

Can’t be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at work

Benefits:

Pay: From $15.00 to $16.00 per hour

Paid the following six (6) legal holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Cleaning tools and supplies are provided.

DUTIES:

Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs

Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting

Responsibilities:

Cleaning Restrooms

Low and high dusting

Taking out the trash

Wipe down (tables, desks, doors, walls, and other miscellaneous items)

Sweeping

Vacuuming

Mopping

Window cleaning

Trash Pick Up (maintenance worker)

Pressure washing (mainteance worker)

Painting "spot painting" and changing light bulbs (maintenance worker)

Ground work (maintenance worker)

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
