What they need
Full Time Maintenance/grounds keeper wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of La Verne. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical/janitorial experience is preferred. Valid driver's license is required.
Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following:
- Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while
working under direct supervision of the community manager.
- Work safely and follow company policy and procedures.
- Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work
as needed.
- Valid drivers license required.
