Maintenance/Handyman

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and skilled part-time maintenance person to help with the upkeep and repairs of our property.

The ideal candidate is a “fix-it” person who can troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues and enjoys working with people. Experience in apartment, hotel, property, or facility maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing general repairs and routine maintenance
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, and other property issues
• Completing preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Communicating respectfully with residents, guests, coworkers, and management
• Knowing when a repair requires a licensed professional

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, apartment, hotel, or facilities experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and handyman skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to safely use basic tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
