Salt Lake company seeks a full-time Service Tech/Handyman to provide service to affiliated property management company clients. Benefits after 60 days.

Duties
- Diagnose, repair and maintain residential space, small commercial buildings and HOA communities.
- Lead or assist with facilities maintenance and repair projects including residential painting, light carpentry, basic plumbing and simple electrical.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Experience
- Excellent people skills and communication, knowledge of basic plumbing, basic electrical and light carpentry. Ability to troubleshoot and problem resolution skills. Years of Experience: 1-2 years. Background check required.
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
