Part-Time Maintenance Technician – 12–15 Hours per Week

Location: Madison, WI

Schedule: Approximately two days per week

Requirement: Must have a truck or trailer available for work use

Handy, dependable, and looking for a couple days of work each week?

We’re seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to help with property repairs, upkeep, and hauling in the Madison area. This position offers approximately 12–15 hours per week, ideally spread across two days, with scheduling coordinated based on availability and maintenance needs.

This could be a good fit for an experienced maintenance professional or someone with solid repair skills looking for consistent supplemental work.

What You’ll Do

Complete general repairs and routine property maintenance.

Handle minor carpentry, patching, painting, and basic fixture repairs.

Assist with property cleanup and preparation between occupants.

Pick up and transport supplies, materials, and equipment.

Use your truck or trailer to haul items and remove debris as needed.

Communicate progress and flag repairs that need additional attention.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience in maintenance, remodeling, construction, or similar work.

Access to a truck or trailer suitable for transporting materials and hauling.

Ability to complete common repairs independently and recognize when specialized help is needed.

Dependability, good communication, and attention to detail.

Availability for approximately 12–15 hours over two days each week.
